Testimonials

Corporate event feedback can be found below.

“I worked with Eileen on a corporate event for 30+ attendees during which she provided an Afternoon Tea Etiquette class. We had a very enjoyable time learning the tips and tricks on how to properly savour this quintessentially English ritual. Eileen is a very friendly and approachable host and makes the learning process a true joy. Highly recommended for anyone who wants/needs to brush up their Afternoon Tea etiquette skills.”

“Eileen is graceful, smart, knowledgeable and the perfect host to any kind of event. I planned tea for a group of 55 Americans at Fortnum and Mason and we were ALL impressed by Eileen. Not only did we learn a lot, we had a lot of fun. Eileen took the time after her presentation to talk to each table and answer any questions. I plan on using Eileen for future events and would recommend her to anyone.”

What guests said:

“You can't claim to know London like a local if you've never experienced traditional British high tea. Thus, who better to "take tea" with than THE afternoon tea expert herself. Eileen honed my tea-etiquette skills so smartly I would have been ready had the Queen rung up to drop by for a cuppa at Buckingham P ... and all without a bit of that hoity toity. So keep your pinky finger down, remember to use the strainer and don't feed the corgis any scones under the table. Just sit back, think of England and enjoy.”

“I went to afternoon tea as an amateur enthusiast, and came out as a satiated etiquette and history expert! The food was delicious, but Eileen's carefully chosen snippets of information enhanced the whole experience. Eileen has a lovely manner about her, and gently guided the company through the meal, her insightful interjections were delightful and an education.”
